Questions About Our Cleaning Service

Where do you serve?

All residential and commercial buildings in the greater Memphis area. This includes: Arlington, Bartlett, Collierville, Cordova, Eads, East Memphis, Germantown, and Lakeland.
 

When are you open?

Residential cleaning appointments are available Monday to Friday. The earliest slot starts at 8AM and our latest slot starts at 4PM. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
 
 

How far in advance do I need to book a cleaning?

We recommend at least a week in advance, and two weeks in advance during the summer season and around holidays.
 

What if I’m not there to let the cleaning person in?

That’s okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online, so we know how to gain access to your home. Mint Maids will make sure your home is securely locked when they leave.
 

Do Mint Maids bring all necessary cleaning supplies to get the job done?

Yes we use our own supplies, but we will also use any supplies that our customers are willing to provide.
 
 

Will I get the same person or team every time?

We try very hard to bring the same personnel to your home every time. Per your request, we will send the same crew if you offer us arrival flexibility. Occasionally, due to illness or the like, an alternate team or maid will have to be substituted.
 

What is the difference between REGULAR and DEEP CLEANING?

Deep and regular cleanings have the same checklists. The difference is the deep cleaning requires more time and attention. We require you to select the deep cleaning option if your home has not been cleaned by a professional in quite some time and/or is not being maintained on a regular basis. If not selected it may be added upon arrival. Post renovation cleanings are charged hourly.
 

Are you a pet friendly maid service?

We are pet friendly! However, we do need to know if you have them in advance. Also, if any pet is aggressive we ask that you secure them while we are cleaning your home. Our maids are instructed not to enter a house if they believe an animal is a threat.
 

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and check payments.
 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, a 48-hour notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaning team. We are closed on weekends, so Monday appointments must be cancelled no later than the Thursday prior to appointment. Failure to cancel/reschedule on time will result in a cancellation fee added to next appointment. Simply contact us via phone or email when requesting a cancellation or need to reschedule.
